Terms of Use

These terms govern the use of GridOS ERP, accounting and business management software operated by Gridos Tech (“we”). By creating an account or using the service on behalf of a company, you accept them for that company (“the customer”).
The service
GridOS ERP is provided over the internet as a subscription. A trial gives access to every module for 30 days without a payment card; continued use after the trial requires a paid subscription, on the terms agreed with us in writing or shown when you subscribe.
Accounts and security
The customer is responsible for the people it invites, for keeping their sign-in details private, and for what is done under their accounts. Two-step verification is available for every user and we recommend it. Tell us at once at info@gridostech.com if you suspect an account has been compromised.
Your data
The data you enter belongs to the customer. We process it only to provide the service, keep each company’s data isolated from every other company’s, and handle it as the privacy policy describes. Our support staff can open your workspace only after a user in your company approves the request, and that user can end the session at any time.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law, to store content you have no right to, to probe or disrupt its security, or to access another customer’s data. We may suspend an account that does, and will tell the customer why.
Accounting and tax figures
The software calculates and reports from the entries the customer records and the settings it chooses, such as tax rates, exchange rates and the chart of accounts. The customer remains responsible for its books, its filings and its tax returns, and for having them reviewed by a qualified accountant where the law requires.
Changes and ending the service
We improve the software continually and may change these terms; a material change will be announced in the product or by email before it takes effect. The customer may stop using the service at any time, and may ask us for an export of its data before its account is closed.

تحكم هذه الشروط استخدام نظام GridOS ERP، وهو برنامج للمحاسبة وإدارة الأعمال تشغّله شركة Gridos Tech («نحن»). بإنشاء حساب أو استخدام الخدمة نيابة عن شركة، فإنك تقبل هذه الشروط باسم تلك الشركة («العميل»).
الخدمة
يُقدَّم GridOS ERP عبر الإنترنت باشتراك. تتيح الفترة التجريبية استخدام جميع الأقسام لمدة ٣٠ يوماً من دون بطاقة دفع، ويتطلب الاستمرار بعدها اشتراكاً مدفوعاً وفق ما يُتفق عليه معنا كتابةً أو ما يُعرض عند الاشتراك.
الحسابات والأمان
العميل مسؤول عن الأشخاص الذين يدعوهم، وعن الحفاظ على سرية بيانات دخولهم، وعمّا يُنفَّذ من خلال حساباتهم. التحقق بخطوتين متاح لكل مستخدم وننصح بتفعيله. أبلغنا فوراً على info@gridostech.com إذا اشتبهت في اختراق أي حساب.
بياناتك
البيانات التي تُدخلها ملك للعميل. نعالجها فقط لتقديم الخدمة، ونعزل بيانات كل شركة عن بيانات غيرها، ونتعامل معها كما تصف سياسة الخصوصية. لا يستطيع فريق الدعم لدينا فتح مساحة عملك إلا بعد موافقة مستخدم من شركتك على الطلب، ويمكن لهذا المستخدم إنهاء الجلسة في أي وقت.
الاستخدام المقبول
لا تستخدم الخدمة لمخالفة القانون، أو لتخزين محتوى لا يحق لك تخزينه، أو لاختبار أمانها أو تعطيله، أو للوصول إلى بيانات عميل آخر. يجوز لنا إيقاف أي حساب يفعل ذلك، مع إبلاغ العميل بالسبب.
الأرقام المحاسبية والضريبية
يحسب البرنامج ويُعدّ التقارير بناءً على القيود التي يسجّلها العميل والإعدادات التي يختارها، مثل نسب الضريبة وأسعار الصرف ودليل الحسابات. ويبقى العميل مسؤولاً عن دفاتره وإقراراته الضريبية، وعن مراجعتها لدى محاسب مؤهل حيث يشترط القانون ذلك.
التعديلات وإنهاء الخدمة
نطوّر البرنامج باستمرار، وقد نعدّل هذه الشروط؛ ونُعلن أي تعديل جوهري داخل النظام أو بالبريد الإلكتروني قبل سريانه. يحق للعميل التوقف عن استخدام الخدمة في أي وقت، وطلب نسخة من بياناته قبل إغلاق حسابه.
