GridOS ERP is accounting and business management software operated by Gridos Tech. This page explains what the software does with your data, and — in particular — exactly what its Google Drive and Dropbox backup features can and cannot reach in your accounts.
The Google Drive backup feature
If you connect Google Drive, GridOS ERP uploads copies of
your own database backups to a folder you nominate
in your Drive. It requests one permission,
drive.file, which Google defines as per-file access
limited to files the application itself created.
What it can do
- Upload backup files into the folder you chose
- List and delete the backup files it uploaded, to enforce the retention period you set
What it cannot do
- Open, read or list any other file in your Drive
- See your documents, photos, or anything it did not upload
- Touch files uploaded by anyone or anything else
The files remain in your Drive, owned by you, and count against your own storage. Gridos Tech does not receive a copy of them and does not transmit them anywhere else. The Dropbox feature works the same way and is scoped to a single application folder.
You can withdraw this access at any time from your Google account permissions. Backups already uploaded stay in your Drive; only future uploads stop.
What GridOS ERP stores
The software stores the business records you enter into it — accounts, invoices, payments, inventory, payroll and the rest — in a database belonging to your organisation. Each organisation's data is isolated at the database level.
It also records sign-in attempts and administrative actions, because an accounting system has to be able to show who changed what and when. These logs hold the acting user, a timestamp, and the network address the request came from.
What is never collected
- No advertising or tracking identifiers, and no third-party analytics
- No data is sold, rented, or shared with advertisers
- Google user data is used solely to store and manage your backups in the folder you nominated, and for nothing else — not for training models, not for advertising, and not for any purpose you did not ask for
Retention
Backups are kept for the retention period configured for your installation, after which the software deletes the ones it uploaded. Your business records are kept for as long as your organisation uses the software, and are removed on request when it stops.

ميزة النسخ الاحتياطي على Google Drive
إذا وصّلت Google Drive، البرنامج يرفع نسخ من
قاعدة بياناتك انت على مجلّد انت تختارو بالـDrive
تبعك. ويطلب صلاحية واحدة بس، drive.file، وهي بتعريف
Google وصول محدود للملفات يلي التطبيق نفسو أنشأها.
شو فيه يعمل
- يرفع ملفات النسخ الاحتياطي على المجلّد يلي اخترتو
- يقرأ ويحذف الملفات يلي هو رفعها، ليطبّق مدة الاحتفاظ يلي حدّدتها
شو ما فيه يعمل
- ما فيه يفتح أو يقرأ أي ملف تاني بالـDrive تبعك
- ما بيشوف مستنداتك ولا صورك ولا أي شي ما رفعو هو
- ما بيلمس ملفات رفعها حد تاني أو تطبيق تاني
الملفات تضلّ بالـDrive تبعك، ملكك انت، وتُحسب على مساحتك. Gridos Tech ما تاخد نسخة منها ولا تنقلها لأي مكان تاني. وميزة Dropbox تشتغل بنفس الطريقة ومحصورة بمجلّد تطبيق واحد.
وفيك تسحب هالصلاحية أي وقت من صلاحيات حسابك على Google. النسخ يلي انرفعت تضلّ بالـDrive تبعك — يوقف الرفع الجديد بس.
شو يخزّن البرنامج
البرنامج يخزّن السجلات يلي تدخّلها — الحسابات والفواتير والدفعات والمخزون والرواتب وغيرها — بقاعدة بيانات تبع مؤسستك. وبيانات كل مؤسسة معزولة على مستوى قاعدة البيانات نفسها.
وكمان يسجّل محاولات الدخول والعمليات الإدارية، لأنو نظام محاسبة لازم يكون قادر يبيّن مين غيّر شو وإيمتى. هالسجلات فيها المستخدم والوقت وعنوان الشبكة يلي جاء منو الطلب.
شو ما يُجمع أبداً
- ولا معرّفات إعلانية أو تتبّع، ولا تحليلات طرف تالت
- ما تُبَاع ولا تُؤجَّر ولا تُشارَك مع معلنين
- بيانات Google تُستخدم فقط لتخزين وإدارة نسخك الاحتياطية بالمجلّد يلي اخترتو، ولا شي غير هيك — لا لتدريب نماذج، ولا للإعلانات، ولا لأي غرض ما طلبتو
مدة الاحتفاظ
النسخ الاحتياطية تُحفظ للمدة المحدّدة بإعداداتك، وبعدها البرنامج يحذف يلي رفعو هو. وسجلاتك تُحفظ طول ما مؤسستك تستخدم البرنامج، وتُحذف بناءً على طلبك عند التوقف.
